For each machine you are going to use, you will need an electrical plug and cables. Be sure that you have the number of plugs and cables you need, and that they are reliable. The minimal set up consists of a computer (laptop one plug, desktop two plugs), a mixer and a cd player: that's already four plugs with respective cables! You will maybe also need longer cables than the ones you have, so better you always have a couple of cable extensions with you.

Dealing with audio topics, it is very recomendable that all the electrical connections are grounded. Otherwise you will maybe have an electrical "buzz" noise in the background of your transmission. Be sure that:

• the electricity has a ground ("earth")
• you have enough multiplugs and one cable extension for each multiplug
• multiplugs and extensions are grounded (do not use 2 wire cables)
